With no gyms open in the UK it has been up to people to become more independent with their workouts. From online Zoom sessions to people running outdoors it's always fantastic to see people now using outdoor spaces to train and keep fit.
Yes some of you may have lost some muscle mass not being able to get into the local gym to pump Iron. But you gain so much more in terms of being in the sunshine, soaking up the Vitamin D. I've always promoted variety in your training for numerous reasons but see this as an opportunity to mix up your training.
You can walk, swim, bike, hike and create your own fun circuits outside. Options are endless...I would love to here how people are enjoying training outdoors and what they are doing to keep fit during coronavirus.

But you can do it. Stick with it.
The mind will tell you to stop, you will look at the reps and it will be daunting. This is how you build mental resillence. It's why the Royal Marines and Navy Seals train this way.
When it gets tough, think about why you started and keep pushing through.
